Under his leadership, Red Stag has grown from a local, ten-truck milk hauler to a national powerhouse, now operating over 150 power units across the United States. Brett's ability to scale and adapt in an ever-changing industry has been integral to the company's success, positioning Red Stag as a trusted partner for dairy transportation and logistics.

With a clear vision for the future and a passion for continued growth, Brett Mitchell continues to guide Red Stag toward new heights, ensuring that the company remains a leader in the dairy transportation sector.

Melanie Fluitt serves as the CFO of Red Stag LLC and has been an integral part of the leadership team since the company's inception. With a background in accounting and finance, Melanie brings over 15 years of expertise to her role. She attended the Master's College in Santa Clarita, CA, where she built the foundation for her successful career in finance.

Before joining Red Stag, Melanie held key roles, including serving as the controller at Three Star Daylighting, working in financial statement analysis with Sabre Holdings, and as an external auditor at Deloitte. Her extensive experience in financial management, analysis, and auditing has been invaluable in helping Red Stag grow and thrive in the competitive dairy transportation industry.

As CFO, Melanie is instrumental in ensuring the financial health of the company, overseeing strategic planning, financial reporting, and risk management, all while contributing to Red Stag’s continued success and expansion.

Craig Shaum is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Red Stag LLC and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company. With years of experience in logistics, scheduling, customer service, pricing, tracking equipment, and process management, Craig has developed a deep expertise across all facets of operations. His ability to balance big-picture goals with individual customer needs makes him a key player in Red Stag's continued success.

In his role, Craig is instrumental in business development, operational management, and account management, bringing a comprehensive skill set to the leadership team.
