CEO

Brett Mitchell is the CEO of Red Stag, LLC. Brett is constantly leading and exploring new ideas and technology to help propel the dairy industry forward. Brett has deep industry knowledge and has overseen several hauling acquisitions. Additionally, Brett has a wealth of experience in start-up companies and focuses maximizing shareholder return. Brett has been instrumental in growing Red Stag from a 10 truck local milk hauler to a national player operating over 150 power units throughout the United States.

CFO

Melanie Fluitt is the CFO of Red Stag, LLC. She has been part of the leadership team since the inception of Red Stag. She attended The Master’s College in Santa Clarita, CA and has 15 years of accounting experience. Prior to her time with Red Stag, she worked as the Controller of 3 Star Daylighting, within Financial Statement Analysis for Sabre Holdings, and as an External Auditor for Deloitte.

PRESIDENT

Sophia Hooper is the President of the Milk Division for Red Stag LLC. She has been a part of our leadership team since we partnered with DFA in June of 2015. Sophia has worked in the dairy industry almost 20 years which has given her the knowledge, experience and commitment to our customers, dairyman, and employees, that has helped grow Red Stag into a respected hauling company.

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Craig Shaum is the Vice President of Red Stag LLC. He has had many years in logistics, scheduling, customer service, pricing, tracking equipment, and process management. He has a high level of excellence in everything he does including executing big-picture goals and meeting the individual demands of customers. He brings qualities of business development, operation management, and account management to our team.
